The motherboards with duel-sockets should be X58, to avoid damages on motherboards by using the wrong backplate, please do not use the attached LAG775 backplate but the one for LGA1366.
Is Genesis compatible with the rams with high heatsink?
Yes, rams around 52-53mm in height are compatible with Genesis, for example Corsair Vengeance.

I have MK13 with GTX470 and working very well, after change new case, Silverstone Fortress 02. The temperature is close to 100 degrees. Is it because of the case?
Please see the attached file of Silverstone Fortress 02, we suggest you to turn your case 90 degree (the red circle) to let MK-13 be placed horizontal.
I think it'll be helpful to solve the heat radiation problem. Because of the engineer structure design, it'll bring MK-13 into full play when you place MK-13 horizontally instead of vertically.

During installation my Prolimatech Megahalems wiggles when the backplate is affixed to it from the bottom of the motherboard. I'm afraid to continue thinking that it might damage my board.
What you have is perfectly normal. It is by design to have the heatsink loose to a certain degree after the back plate is applied. Rest assured that every precaution had been taken into measure when we designed our retention system. As long as the instructions are properly followed, it will not be possible for your motherboard to be damaged in any way. Once installation is completed, you will see that there are no moving or loose parts. Remember, too much pressure is not necessarily a good thing as it could cause damage to your CPU and/or cause your motherboard to warp.
